What does janha 잖아 and ji anha 지 않아means?
I always see this word 잖아 janha in song lyrics, but what does it actually mean?
I also see 지 ji and 않아 anha used together frequently, what does it mean? And why do they use together?

It's a rhetorical question. It has the meaning of "Isn't it?"
- 지 않아
It's pure statament without rhetorical question.
