what is the correct answer? I need to know how is the correct answer, please help me. "trust in the penguin" "trust the penguin" "trust on the penguin" thank you

"trust the penguin" if it is just a stand alone sentence. "trust in the penguin" if it is part of a sentence, such as, "You need to have trust in the penguin because they really do know how to skate well on the ice!" (I am just kidding about the sentence.)
