시작되다 and 시작하다...
they have the same meaning but the end is different, the 되다 and 하다.. What is the meaning of 되다? please help me..thanks...

시작되다 = be started

되다 = to become, to come/arrive, to be permissible
하다 = to do

There's one grammar like "V해햐 돼요" = Have to do (something)
