(To tell the truth 진실을 말하려면) (tell the truth 진실을 말) (To tell you the truth 사실대로 말하면) (To tell honestly 솔찍히 말씀드리면) they can depend on situation and context. I would need a situation example since I am unsure how you wish to say this. like are you asking, saying or, telling someone. I hope this helps.
