the difference between "want" and "would like"
I want to ask the different meaning and use between "would like" and "want".please take some sentences for example.thx

They are basically different words for the same meaning however 'would like' is a more polite way of saying 'want'

"Would like" is more polite than "want".
If you want to present something it will be better to use "Would like"
"I would like to present about ........"
not "I want to present about......... "

would you like some coffee?
want更主观些
waiter.I want a drink
