How do you say "Do you have a...? or Do you have ...(s)?" ?

"to have" = 有 (you3), "you" = 你 (ni3) [but is often omitted]
and to ask the question add 吗 (ma5) to the end or use the verb-negative-verb 有没有 (you3 mei2 you3) method.
Whether it's singular or plural doesn't matter unless you want to specify "one".
你有车吗?
ni3 you3 che1 ma5?
Do you have a car?
有没有朋友?
you3 mei2 you3 peng2 you5?
Do you have friends?
