you can't translate it word to word. it is different by situations.
But in many cases, it is '나도 모르게' or '(나도) 모르는 사이에'

Without noticing the movie had ended already. ==> 어느새 (나도 모르는 사이에) 영화가 끝나 버렸어.
I will hurt you without realizing. ==> 나도 모르게 너에게 상처를 줄 것 같해

1. 나도 모르게 영화가 이미 끝났다. = Without noticing the movie had ended already.
2. 나도 모르게 널 해칠 것이다. = I will hurt you without realizing.
