Actually close to the meaning ,use both of them.Olur / tamam.Ama "olur"u daha çok bir istek karşısında kullanırız.

They are so close. But we can say there is a little difference. You can say ''tamam'' to evereything what you have to do. But it will be sweeter if you say ''olur'' to something what you want to do. It's all about pleasure
