Hello Tech.
This symbol is used at the end of some Thai words and means that the word is repeated when spoken.
For example: -boy- บ่อย (meaning - often) can be repeated:
-boy boy- บ่อย ๆ (meaning - very often)
It is most commonly used with adjectives to increase the intensity of the description.
