what's the differences between 'intake'and'on hand'
for instance ,sales order intake and sales order on hand ,what's the differences,how to distinguish it.

These are two completely separate things.
- Sales order Intake - This is the orders that you might have received (in a given period).
- Sales order on hand - These are all the orders that you have received but have not yet processed (over all time).
