When do you use ,or 。 in Chinese?
I find that some Chinese sentences seem to run on forever with commas, and that a paragraph can sometimes just be one long sentence. Is there some sort of rule to when to use either one?

逗号表示一句话还没有讲完。
如:
虽然中文很难学,但是我一定能学好。
昨天下午做头发的时候,突然下雨了。
如果没有逗号后面的内容,句子就不完整。
句号表示一句话讲完了。
也就是意思表达清楚了。

看说话者或者作者的习惯和心情吧!并没有特定的要求在什么条件下用一个,在另外一种条件下用另一个。
