What the difference between cualquier and cualquiera?
I've got quite confused with the way of using cualquier and cualquiera... What do they exactly mean? Would anyone give me some examples?
Thank you very much!

Ejemplo:
Dame un vaso ---- ¿Qué vaso quieres? ---- Cualquiera... (no me importa qué vaso, quiero uno)
Dame un vaso ---- ¿Qué vaso quieres? ---- Cualquier vaso (no me importa qué vaso, quiero uno)
La diferencia: cualquiera sin nombre detrás------ cualquier+nombre detrás

The technical explanation is that cualquiera is a pronoun that stands alone, while cualquier is an adjective that attaches to a noun.
But yeah, like they said above.

Ejemplo:
Este trabajo puede hacerlo cualquier persona
este trabajo puede hacerlo cualquiera
If you use cualquier, you have to write who or what is doing something in the sentence
but if you use cualquiera, you don't need to write it because people understand who or what is doing something. cualquiera includes the subject.
