Mazel Tov is a Jewish phrase we English speakers have added to our language. It means 'congratulations' or 'best wishes.' Jewish people often will use it during a wedding or bar or bat mitzvah, or some other important Jewish ceremony. Hope this helps (and that it is correct! Anyone can correct me if I am wrong!)
