utterly vs completely
Can I use utterly and completely interchangeably?

You can pretty much interchange them. Utterly has more if an "unconditionally" meaning, and used for emphasis.

Not sure. But from what I understand, using the term "utterly" to describe something means "no questions asked".. i also noticed that it is mostly used for describing negatively.
