What do 짱시룸, 조온말, 아련아련 mean?
What do these words mean? I found them and suspect they are probably slangs or colloquial usage words.
짱시룸 (I can only guess it's the 'best something room')
조온말 ("조온말듬직하다")
아련아련 (I found a few things. 아련하다 is dim, but I learn there's a new usage for this)
(Trying to keep this short and sweet, but very appreciated for any input!)

Your guess is right, and you shouldn't use these expressions. 짱시룸(must be 짱 싫음), means 'hatred' or 'to really dislike something' etc. 짱 is a slang expression for 'boss', 'the leader' but also means 'very', 'really'. 조온말(must be 좋은 말 or 정말), 좋은 말 means good words, and 정말 means really. 정말 듬직하다, really reliable. 아련 아련, we sometimes repeat some adverb or adjectives to emphasize the word, eg. 빨리 빨리....

짱시룸 -> 짱 + 싫음
싫음 -> 시름 -> 시룸
It means "I don't like it very much!"
"조온말" -> 정말(I think)
아련아련
Many of people in Korea use this word as "애절하다".
"애절하다(哀切)" - > plaintive
