السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
is the most respectful greeting toward a multitude of people
you can also say السلام عليكم alone

You can also say 'Ahlan bikum' أهلا بكم or 'marhaba bikum' مرحباً بكم

Muslims greet like this "assalam alykom السلام عليكم"
however, you can greet all like this "marhaban مرحباً"
good morning = صباح الخير
good evening =مساء الخير
and so on

Masaa el kheer مساء الخير = good morning
