How do you accent letters when typing? How do you type French grammar accents (grave, aigu, circumflex, etc.) on an American-style QWERTY keyboard? Comment voyez-vous taper les accents francais sur un clavier de type americain? Thanks in advance! Merci d'avance! James

This link to a page on french.about.com should explain all :-) http://french.about.com/od/writing/ss/typeaccents_2.htm It is very simple to implement and reasonably efficient when typing. Saves getting used to a different keyboard, Cheers, Ross

Hello, if you use windows, you can try this: Alt+ number (at the same time) Atl + 0156 = œ Atl + 0228 = ä Atl + 135 = ç Atl + 0248 = ø well, i think that is enough for french :) I'm using it now and it's quite nice
