I am a Chinese girl, I found a little grammar problem in my test paper, hope someone can answer.
Q1. The boy______(knock) down by the car.
Q2. The findings from the crime scene last Tuesday______(report) to me by the detectives.
Q3. I ______(please) to have you as my best friend!
Q4. You _____(scold) by your form teacher again? What have you done this time?

Active voice: the car knocked down the boy. Passive: Theboy was knocked down by the car. Simply- if you swap the subject and object around, you should put the verb To be before the adjective, then change the tense of the verb. Followed by 'by'

Chinese is studied by many. Original object- to be - verb+ed- by original subject

Q2. The findings from the crime scene last Tuesday were reported to me by the detectives.
Q3. I am pleased to have you as my best friend! ["Pleased" is an adjective here.]
Q4. You were scolded by your form teacher again? What have you done this time?
