I noticed something bad so could you help in "whatever your want", please?

You don't have to be polite :P

Excuse me, but I've noticed a situation which may require your attention.
<Explain the situation>
I feel this will require some action on your part. How do you wish to proceed?
[Do NOT say "You need to do something about this." Since he/she is the boss, that's his/her decision.]
