In Arabic you can say
عيد ميلاد سعيد = Eid milad saeed
كل عام وانت بخير = Kol am we ant b7'eer
كل سنة وانت طيب = Kol sana we ant taib
I hope you can pronounce it correctly

what is the meaning of these greeting:

or you can say " Kol sana w enta (enty) tayeb (tayeba) "
كل سنة و انت ( أَنتِ) طيب (طيبة)
and this sentence is used with anniversaries only
