「お届けします」ってはどういう意味?

I'll send it to you.
To put お before a word(cannot put it before all words but some) makes it polite, and also it's written in "です、ます form" which is used in a formal situation.

"お届けします" means the polite expression of "I bring it to you"

届く means the thing will reach you. So お届けしますwould be
We will send (the thing to)you.
It will be delivered.
or something like that.
