Is there similar saying in English like Japanese when saying goodbye after work "you're tired today because of your hard work." That's just a routine saying everyday. お疲れ様でした

There isn't an expression that exactly translates to that but you could just use "you've worked very hard today".

No, there isn't.
There really isn't a similar expression.
There is an expression:
Thanks for your efforts---
But we only use it when someone really has made an effort.
