You can say 나 기다려줘. If u wanted to say 'wait for me to come' u can say 내가 갈 때 까지 기다려줘.

날 기다려줘(nal gi-da-ryeo-jwo) - informal and not polite.
날 기다려줘요(nal gi-da-ryeo-jwo-yo) - informal and polite.
