Could I use abbreviation form such as "Tom will= Tom'll " Tom has= Tom's ?
Tom's = Tom is, I think this is right

You can use "Tom's" instead of "Tom is" in some cases such as: Tom is handsome = Tom's handsome; Tom has been to Vietnam three times = Tom's been to Vietnam three times.
