Je ne parle pas francais or je parle pas francais?
Okay, this has been bugging for two days, because usually when I am reading books etc, it is written "je ne parle pas francais" but whenever i turned on youtube, all i heard was "je parle pas francais", is this how it was supposed to be or maybe I misheard them. Thanks for answering!

Je ne parle pas français is correct. Negation is represented by "ne ... pas" but you can often hear without "ne" because the sentence remains understandable
je ne veux pas manger \ je veux pas manger
French's teacher dont like that so if you have to write ou speak, always use "ne ... pas " .
