i need you guys help, please tell me what this sentense could mean ,this is "she thinks she is all that".
please tell me how to use it , what situation should it be used in, give me some examples for each possible situations if you can.

It means she thinks she is the best or very good in some respect. Normally used by someone talking in a negative way about someone else.
She thinks she's beautiful but she's hardly all that.
She says she can beat me at tennis but she's not all that.
Possibly it's a sort of abbreviation of "all that good"
