Come dite "have a cow" in italiano? In English we have the idiom: "have a cow" as in "to get worried, or upset, or angry". Do Italians have a similar phrase?

I'm not sure there's a similar idiom in italian. We have these phrases: "essere nero di rabbia" or "essere arrabbiato nero" "essere rosso di rabbia" "avere un diavolo per capello" But in everyday life I suggest you to use these ones: "essere arrabbiato" "essere incavolato" (very informal) we have also rude phrases with bad words, but it's better to avoid those.
