Esta palabra significa : ¡O Allah "O Dios", y su origen es : يا الله. La letra م "mīm" en el final de la palabra es en lugar de la partícula de vocativo: يا "yâ". Esta palabra sólo se utiliza en la súplica, y no se utiliza como un nombre. اللَّهُمَّ Allahumma

Original is God : الله but when you want to request something from the God (Allah) you say اللهم for ex : اللهم هون علينا سفرنا that means : O Allah, our travel easy for us.
