죄송합니다
죄송해요
마안해요
Informal (밤말):
미안해

미안해 is to friends or people who are younger than you.
else,
미안해요. or
미안합니다. or
죄송해요. or
죄송합니다.
죄송합니다 is the most formal sentence.
