How to say appraiser and appraisal in Spanish?
I work as an appraiser in areas with a lot of Spanish speakers. I have looked up appraiser in a dictionary and it shows "el tasador". Is this commonly understood? I have never heard it in the field. For appraisal I usually use "valuación". Thanks for your help.

In Spain I would say "tasador" and "tasación".
We had a so big housing bubble, that everyone can understand these two words.
