What is the meaning of "kinda"?? Is it used only in informal english?

Not to be confused with:
Coulda = could have
Woulda = would have
Shoulda = should have
Although, to be honest, I very rarely hear these in every day speech in the UK. We do use 'kinda' but it is definitely informal.
