Professional TeacherIs there a word for "laundry" in Portuguese? or do you just say "wash the clothes" literally?

Em português simplesmente dizemos "roupa suja" ou "roupa para lavar".

Laundry = Lavanderia ( Where we wash the clothes, can be a part of house or a Business place)
Other name is : "área de serviço" for House part only.

"laudry" =Lavanderia =Is a place in the home or a company where washes the clothes.
wash the clothes=Lavas as roupas.
