How to say upstairs / downstairs in korean ?
How can i say "there is a woman downstairs" , is it "아래층에 여자 있어" ?
Whats the difference between "있어요" & "있는데"

1. You can say "윗층"/"아래층" for "upstairs"/"downstairs".
2. "아래층에 여자가 있어요" would be ok.
3. "있는데" is short for "있어요 + 그런데", but it needs the context to make it clear.:)
