"dalam rangka" frase yang selalu bikin pusing, pls help!
Dear friends from Indonesia, what does it mean "dalam rangka'?
Everytime I see " dalam rangka" in a sentence, I just can't understand it.

Dalam rangka means in order to. It's usually a dependent clause.
Dalam rangka menyambut Hari Kemerdekaan Indonesia,... = In order to celebrate Independence Day of Indonesia,...
Dalam rangka menjaga kebersihan lingkungan,... = In order to maintain healthy environment,... :)
