Hmmhmm, they are completely different from each other, :)
- "Transform" means having a complete change in the appearance/shape/form/personality/manners/...etc
Example: "The caterpillar in the tree has transformed to be a beautiful butterfly"
- "transmit" means spreading or transfering something (sending not by hands), or passing through.
Example: " Could you transmit my important message to the boss please?"; "The light is transmitted faster than the sound",...
- "Transplant" means growing or planting from this place to another one.
Example: "Hey, what are you doing?- Ah, hi! I'm transplanting the carnations in the ground" (from the vase)
- "Transport" means taking/bringing or carrying somebody or something to somewhere else (by a mean like train, ship, car,...etc).
Ex: "When will our goods be transported to the nearest harbour?"
- "vary" means "change"

The question should be "What is the difference among these words?"
