Leave a message you can often hear on the phone conversation.
For example: The number you have called is busy, please leave a message.
Drop a message you can often hear in your daily life usually with your friends.
For example: Drop me a message when you've done with her.
Send a message usually you see for letter or email or sort of.
For example: He sent me a message in my email.
