Hey does anyone know where 黑米粥（Hei mi zhou) originated from and whereabouts in China it's most commonly eaten?

I remember it is grown in the north of China, where is cold.

但在台灣 所稱的 "黑糯米" 實際上更接近 紫色
故以 "紫米" 更為通行
通常是做為甜點之用
"紫米" 是 紫米粥的原料

黑粳米 缺乏黏性

Nobody in China knows it's origin :(,, i think everyone has eaten it because it ain't special food,we Chinese just eat it as snacks
