Which is more natural between the two expressions below?
1. See you Monday
2. See you on Monday

You can use either of these two expressions. I don't think that either is more common than the other.

Like Michael said, you can use either sentence. Both of them sound natural so you can say one or the other. ^^

You can use both! "See you on Monday" is what I would personally say.
