what's the difference between inspection and examination?

"To inspect" or "to examine" both have the same meaning technically.
"Inspect" is looking into something with a focus on spotting errors or faults and "examine" is looking into something carefully or critically. Very similar meanings.
You said "Examination" in your question which could also mean a "test" like an "English Test".
Is there a specific sentence you want to use the word in?
