Hey guys. What`s the difference between" I`ll be arriving at 8" and "I`ll arrive at 8"?

It is the same thing. I'll be arriving at 8 means you are more engaged with the present, hence it is better. But literally, both mean the same.

I'll arrive at 8 = A decision by me to arrive at eight.
I'll be arriving at eight = a statement telling you when I arrive.
