should I say "je suis 20 ans" or "j'ai 20 ans" :)

In French, you use the conjugated avoir (J'ai, tu as, il/elle/on a, nous avons, vous avez, ils ont) to demonstrate/show age.
ex. Elle a douze/12 ans.
ex. J'ai vingt/20 ans.
