Happy Birthday in Modern Standard Arabic is, " Eid milad saeed".
In Egypt they say, "Kol sana wa enta/ enty tayeb/ tayeba" it means may you be well or healthy every year.
Sana helwa ya gamil is the Arabic version of the Happy Birthday song :)
