Could you please me translate the sentence from Chinese to English ?
“我们在追求自己的目标时,我们应该转身看看后面,因为身后可能会有更好的风景。”
My translation is :
When we in the pursuit of our goals, we should turn around and look behind, because there may be better scenery behind us .

Don't pass up an opportunity too quickly. :)

the sentence is quite misty... what relation does scenery have to your goals unless you are a National Geographic photographer?... no matter how many times i turn around -- my students cannot memorize more than 20 new words per day :(
your translation is correct though

I would just "tweak" the syntax a bit ... "When we are in pursuit of our goals, we should turn and look back, because there may be better scenery behind us."
