What is the adjective to describe food is limp/soft? For example, "I hate it when cereals get XXXX in milk." "These noodles have gone XXXX."Thank you guys for answering my question!

Soggy! (If the cause is liquid.) "I hate it when cereals go soggy in milk." ("Get soggy" sounds odd.) "These noodles have gone all soggy." (The "all" gives it a little emphasis.) If you're talking about old vegetables, eg. lettuce, then use "wilted".

You could also use "mushy".
