I am not sure the meaning of these:
first, at the curtain's call
second, that's your callCitizen high to citizen low. This is a sentence from a movie called A walk to remember. But I don't know its meaning.

The curtain call is the end. It is when, after a live theatrical performance, all the cast members come our and give a final bow to the audience. Figuratively this means that it is the end of whatever the subject of the story is.

1. call = decision
Without context you make it difficult to answer. Generally, and actor goes on stage when the curtain goes up. His actions are determined by the call (decision) of the curtain.
Your call = your decision.
