Do you have a bag? or Do you have bags? Hi, I'd like to ask which expression is correct when I go shopping and ask a shop staff if s/he has what I want. which is correct? Do you have a bag? or Do you have bags? Do you have a bag which is made in Italy? or Do you have bags which are made in Italy? Do you have a bottle of wine which is low alcohol percentage? or Do you have wine which is low alcohol percentage? Thank you :)

I think either one works! If you're using the plural, you should probably use "any". Do you have a bag? Do you have/sell bags? Do you have a bag made in Italy? Do you have any bags made in Italy? Do you have a bottle of low-alcohol wine? Do you have any low-alcohol wine?

If you are going shopping you should use the plural question. Although when asking in plural form, we often add the word "any" in the question. For example, "Do you have any bags?" or "do you have any dresses?" if you aren't sure if they have something. If you are asking one person the question when not shopping, such as your friend if they have a bag so you can put something in it, you then should ask "Do you have a bag?".
