Please help me
what are the differences between "in my heart" and "in my mind" ?? Can they be used to express the same meaning sometimes ?? thanks very much.

Yes, I think they can express the same meaning. Maybe we would say "you are in my heart" and "you are ON my mind". Both mean you care about the person and are thinking about them. But sometimes, mind can be used a little differently from heart--you think more with your mind, but you feel more with your heart.
