what‘s the difference between "set up , build, establish and construct " how to use

“build” and “construct” are very labour intense things by means of physical labour.
(build/construct a house, skyscraper, …)
However, if I “set up a company” or “establish a restaurant” I might not neccessarily have built the complete house from the ground up.
