What's the difference between "real cute" and "really cute"? Thanks!

Hi there :) The word REALLY is used to emphasize some opinion of something, for instance: - I really love that girl. - Really, you should study harder to pass your examinations. While on the other hand, I think REAL it's a simple adjective used in phrases like: - That dream couldn't be real! - We're in trouble, this is a real situation. Hope this helps you. Greetings ;)

They both mean the same thing. Strictly speaking 'real cute' is grammatically incorrect, but is used by (some?) Americans. It is not commonly used in British English.
