look like means 相似,就像...一样

我像他。 or 我长得像他。
As the same
她长得像她(this 她 is a different females, not means the first 她 )

我看他 她看她 In English should be ' I looked at him, She looked at her" If you change 'at' to 'like', the meaning is completely different. Like in this context is 像 (similiar). Because you are talking about appearance 'Look', so I add 长相 to the context. The meaning should be 我长得像他,她长得像她。Similiar to what all mentioned above.
